WELCOME TO WOODGLEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!

Registration for grades K-5 will start on August 10 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Supply list for 2012-2013

The following information is required to register your child for the 2012-13 school year:

* Parent/Guardian photo I.D. (Guardians must have proper guardianship forms signed and notarized or a copy of court authorization. Custody documentation is required, if applicable.)

* Original state birth certificate. (Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2012.)

* Immunization record

* Two original proofs of residency - (i.e. current water bill, Xcel bill, cable or internet bill, dated within the last 30 days, or rental lease or purchase contract, not older than 90 days.) NO "Disconnect Notices" will be accepted.

Back to School Night will be August 16 from 6-7:30 p.m.

First Day of School will be August 21, 2012.

All classroom volunteers must be Raptor checked before attending field trips. Woodglen can now do a Raptor Check during normal operating hours. Raptor checks can also be conducted at the Adams 12 Communication Center located at 128th & Claude. The Communication Center is open 24/7 for your convenience.
