Special Ed

Welcome to my page!  I am a Speech Therapist/Speech Language Pathologist at Woodglen.  What does that mean?  I see your child for dificulties with speech sound production, language skills (vocabulary, ability to remember or produce age appropriate sentences in speech), pragmatic skills (social skills with peers), stuttering, concept knowledge (ability to understand words such as between, first, second, top, next to, etc., ) just to name a few!  Most of my caseload consists of students who have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) with Special Education.  However, I also see students informally. If you have concerns about your child's language or speech production skills, please don't hesitate to call me.  Early intervention is always best and I am here as your resource.

I have been at Woodglen for almost a decade, and with Adams12 Five Star schools since 2002.  I have an SLPa (Speech Language Pathologist assistant) who works with students on Thursdays.  Michelle is also a resource for you so please don't hesitate to reach out to her on my phone or her email; Bra018789@adams12.org

Thanks for taking the time to read this.  We are here to support your student, contact us if you need help!
