Robotics Club

We are pleased to offer a Robotics Coding Club at Woodglen for 3rd-5th graders. The purpose of the club is to offer students an opportunity to have fun and learn some very basic programming and robotics. The club will use Sphero kits. During club meetings, the students will learn to use the components of the kits to build robots and learn how to  program their robots. After they have mastered basic programming, club meetings will involve the students in programming their robots to accomplish tasks and solve challenges. Problem solving and logical thinking skills will be emphasized. Students will be working in pairs or small teams.
The club will meet from 3:00-4:00 on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday's in Mrs. Espinosa's room (Rm Y).
